Shepherd's Pie was delicious and so easy to make, German Potato Salad brought back many fond memories of my Nana and Mother' version which I had lost. Great book. Love the Mac and cheese and German potatoes salad. Recipes are easy to follow and can't wait to try the key lime bars for dessert.
Good mix of entrees, sides & desserts. All recipes include short lists of ingredients (most of which you likely already have on hand) and are easy to prepare and cook. Short books like this will make you a hero in the kitchen. I highy recommend!
While I was hoping for recipes I grew up with I was quite surprised to find a few new ideas. Definitely plan to try out a few of these recipes to see if they can be added to our family favorites.
These are really good food. I use most of them when we are trying as bowling in our RV.
